A little company. Your way.

A corner of conversation, a stream of reactions, or just a line at the edge of the picture.

A chat box that settles in

Move it, resize it, and let the controls fade away while you watch. Avatars, emoji and stickers keep the conversation familiar.

Let reactions drift by

Scrolling danmaku brings the room into the picture. Prefer something calmer? Place comments along the top or bottom.

The right moment

Loaded timestamped comments appear when playback reaches their moment. Sideline uses what YouTube has loaded; it cannot promise every comment.

Made to stay local

No Sideline account, analytics or comment uploads. Sideline reads and displays comments; it never posts, likes or changes your YouTube account. YouTube images still load from Google.
